ACE began opera- tions in 1998.
The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, commonly known as Sound Transit, began operating the Sounder commuter rail service in 2000.
The Florida Legislature passed legislation transforming TCRA into South Florida Regional Transportation Authority in 2003.
