RoadDB CEO and leadership

Brian Haan has led RoadDB IT and cybersecurity since 2014. Mr. Haan joined Ygomi in 2007, bringing decades of technical and management experience in maximizing reliability in highly distributed, mission-critical data networks. At RoadDB, as in previous roles, Mr. Haan has overseen software development, global data center and security policy / operations, telecommunications, and network design / implementation. He has significant achievements in process improvement and monitoring, and in the development of standards that improve the quality and uptime of operational systems. Previously, Mr. Haan was Senior Vice President for Information Technology Global Operations at the electronic payment processing firm eFunds. He has also served as Director of Global Operations at Monster.com, where he managed a network comprising four data centers and 800+ servers worldwide. Earlier, Mr. Haan served in the United States Air Force, where he designed and oversaw data systems for aircraft maintenance. Mr. Haan holds an MS in computer information systems from Boston University and an MS in cyber security, an MBA, and a BS in computer data systems from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Errol Scialom is a SVP & CFO at Ygomi and SVP and CFO at RoadDB LLC and is based in Rueil-Malmaison, Hauts-de-Seine Department, France. He has worked as VP & CFO Europe at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe, DAF at GOODYEAR FRANCE, and Vice President Finance Asia Region at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Errol studied at HEC Paris between 1984 and 1984.

Paul Barnard is a SVP and CTO at Ygomi and SVP and CTO at RoadDB LLC and is based in Bath, Somerset, United Kingdom. He has worked as R&D Director at BelAir Networks, SVP Product Development at ArrayComm LLC, and President at ArrayComm LLC. Paul attended University of Portsmouth between 1979 and 1983.

Rich Shuman has been second in command at RoadDB since 2014. Mr. Shuman is an accomplished automotive operations and sales executive who has played an integral role in building four companies including the companies that became Convergys and HERE. Before rejoining Ygomi in 2012, Mr. Shuman served as Senior Vice President of Asia-Pacific Sales at Navteq. During his tenure at Navteq, he also led business development efforts in Europe and the U.S. for all business market segments. He was instrumental in global strategy development for key automotive accounts. Mr. Shuman’s responsibilities at Navteq included all aspect of the sales cycle from lead development through contract negotiation. He was personally responsible for establishing the majority of automotive customer relationships worldwide starting from when Navteq's products were first being conceived and its markets first created. Automotive revenue grew to $900+ million largely because of these relationships. Prior to Navteq, Mr. Shuman served as Vice President of Operations at Cellular Business Systems, Inc. (CBSI, later Convergys, with the billing operation subsequently sold to NEC) and as Regional Manager for SEI Information Technology. Mr. Shuman served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Consumer Electronics Association, Mobile Electronics Division. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers.
