Pros of working at Roadie

Roadie has an amazing culture. It is a fun company with groups for every type of interest. They are inclusive in terms of causes they support.

Cons of working at Roadie

The compensation is not up to par. Because it still runs like a start up and they have not figured out scaling, it is easy to get burned out if you actually care about the work you do.

The in person events are great! The LunchPals program is a great way to meet others in the company and have lunch on Roadie.
