Shawn Fanning (born November 22, 1980) is an American computer programmer, entrepreneur, and angel investor. He developed Napster, one of the first popular peer-to-peer ("P2P") file sharing platforms, in 1999. The popularity of Napster was widespread and Fanning was featured on the cover of ''Time'' magazine.

Paraag Sarva is the CEO and Co-founder of Rhino, a startup devoted to building products and services that give renters a more affordable way to live in the homes they want. Rhino replaces cash security deposits with low-cost, affordable insurance. Previously, Paraag led a real estate company, managing and developing over $100 million in assets. He also served as City Hall Policy Advisor and aide in the administration of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in New York City. Paraag began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs after completing bachelors and masters degrees in economics at New York University.

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Matt has led the business side from the onset, including operations and sales. That originally included a major component of EatStreet’s early success: signing local restaurants to the service. He has also spearheaded numerous acquisitions for EatStreet, including delivery startup Zoomer in February of 2017. He graduated from UW-Madison in 2011 with degrees in economics and political science. Outside of EatStreet, he’s active in the Wisconsin start-up community, mentoring young entrepreneurs and advising on business decisions for regional companies.
