Pros were the obvious. Job to pay the bills. Initially, pay package was adequate. But after 30 years, overall pay raises averaged .35 cents a year!
Pay raises and benefits are full of lawyers dodges. A littany of lame excuses. A constant game of finding another job to get a raise. Then when you give notice, they come through with a bone.
The other employees. Not the relatives of the Roberson clan, which occupy the best jobs. But the "real" employees that make things tolerable.
