Lead and train local colleagues in PS and FMEA methodology. Establish regional and global networks to track and assess opportunities to utilize PSS and FMEA. Track each method efficiently, conduct success audits and assessments. Provide value-added quality support and continuous improvement to current processes, with a high focus on customer requirements and expectations. Build a network locally and globally to share lessons learned and best practices. Develop PSS and S/D/PFMEA by establishing Local and Global Networks, Qualification Matrix for each method including Level I, II, III, Assessments such as PSS Projects, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, etc., and track system for each method. Provide regional documentation for PS and FMEA methodology to ensure consistency across all locations. Develop the annual regional 8D assessment schedule. Develop the annual FMEA audit schedule. Assure active RPN reduction program. Establish best practices for PS and FMEA methodology and provide lessons learned (Feber database, FMEA, roll across). Involve in serious complaint projects as needed. Determine reporting requirements from customer and DC. Review contracts for PS and FMEA agreements with customers. Develop, drive, and maintain year after year cost savings and revenue generation based upon methodology and improvements. Monitor, maintain, communicate, and assist in improvement of key business metrics to assure continued growth and competitiveness and pro- actively drive a learning and improvement culture. Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering or a related field. Plus, 5 years of experience as a BPS Coordinator, Quality Engineer or occupation involving multifunctional technical and non-technical disciplines in Design, Sales, Service and Manufacturing Industries.
