Main Responsibilities:
Perform installation and maintenance of proprietary ALPLA equipment (e.g. Extrusion Blow
Molding machines, Stretch Blow Molding machines, Injection Molding machines,
packaging systems, automated palletizers) and general facility maintenance.
• Equipment installation and preventative maintenance:
-Install and set up proprietary ALPLA equipment
-Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality
and prolong equipment lifespan.
-Perform minor modifications and adjustments to machinery as needed to enhance
performance and accommodate specific production requirements.
• Performs predictive maintenance:
-Utilize predictive maintenance methodologies, such as condition monitoring and diagnostic
tools, to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime or production disruptions.
-Employ specialized technical knowledge to perform predictive maintenance tasks, including
assessing equipment health, analyzing data trends, and planning maintenance actions
accordingly.
• Troubleshooting and repairs:
-Diagnose technical problems and malfunctions in molding machines using a
systematic approach to identify root causes accurately.
-Collaborate with technical experts and utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to
address complex issues effectively and efficiently.
-Execute repairs on molding machines, both independently and with technical
guidance, restoring equipment functionality promptly to minimize production
interruptions.
• Facility Maintenance Support
-Contribute to general facility maintenance tasks beyond equipment-specific
responsibilities.
-Assist in maintaining a safe and organized working environment by addressing
facility-related issues and supporting maintenance efforts in shared spaces.
-Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure a well-maintained and
conducive production environment for seamless operations

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager or Director of Facilities, the Facilities Maintenance Lead will lead the local Facilities team with day-to-day tasks/requests and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities, and grounds. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading projects or project sections involving the enhancement and design of all interior and exterior occupied space which includes the remodel of existing space and construction of new space.
The incumbent leads or assists in, facility inspections, building operations, maintenance, safety, and security. Also included are duties associated with the supervision of facilities employees which report directly to the incumbent. *Position is on-site in our Bloomington, IL office.*
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance (and lead/mentor/supervise team members) to the interior/exterior of facilities including, but not limited to, restrooms, break rooms, sidewalks, and lobby. Perform basic repairs and maintenance of building and equipment such as chairs, tables, doors, light fixtures, floor tiles, walls, pipes/plumbing, vents, ceiling tiles, picnic tables, awnings, and move file cabinets, hang pictures, banners, and decorations. Help keep facilities and grounds free of trash and debris.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and research mechanical issues to repair and/or provide recommendations to solve issues. Meet with vendors who provide maintenance to HVAC systems, fire, backflow, plumbing, electrical, security, and generator systems.
Ensure routine maintenance to the HVAC systems (belt, filter, and thermostat replacements), and assist with specific maintenance to the systems.
Assists in preparing construction specifications and project plans. Directs contracted projects to ensure adherence, follows all specifications. Assists management in solving issues with service providers. Coordinates all facility inspections; report findings and coordinates required repairs and/or replacements. Maintains and controls adequate building temperatures utilizing software systems at sites where applicable.
Work with maintenance vendors for mowing, trees, shrubs, bedding areas, and snow removal. Also works with janitorial vendor to ensure quality services are provided.
Work with vendors and fuel distributors on preventative maintenance plans. Inspect and perform weekly generator maintenance tests.

Job order details: They have 2 openings in the area. Their home base will be their home. For the first 3 months or so they will ride along with another experienced technician. When they get a repair call, they will travel to the site. Eventually, they will get a company car once they are on their own. The company provides a fuel card and a corporate card if they have to stay overnight. They pay for travel time. Most repair calls are day trips; they estimate 10-15 trips per year are overnight.
They are open to anywhere from 3 years' experience or higher. The electrical experience is key and more important than the mechanical, just because the mechanical can more easily be taught. Conveyor experience is not required, but a plus. Previous experience repairing mechanical and electrical machinery in a manufacturing setting. No entry level, need previous experience. Associates would be nice but not required if they have the experience.
Assignment length: Contract to direct - based on 1040 hours.
Hours: Core hours are 8-5, travel position so may leave to go to sites earlier and return later.
Overtime: Expect to work 50 hours per week. Will pay time and a half for OT. They on occasion get “night emergency calls” they pay OT for those calls whether 40 hours has been reached or not. They consider this an extra thank you for doing work outside of normal business hours. Double time would be any “weekend visit” the employee would get. Their weekend calls are defined as any visit after 5 PM of Friday night to 5 AM Monday morning.
Travel: Yes, daily visits to sites for repairs, overnight trips are infrequent, 10-15 times per year.

Job order details: They have 2 openings in the area. Their home base will be their home. For the first 3 months or so they will ride along with another experienced technician. When they get a repair call, they will travel to the site. Eventually, they will get a company car once they are on their own. The company provides a fuel card and a corporate card if they have to stay overnight. They pay for travel time. Most repair calls are day trips; they estimate 10-15 trips per year are overnight.
They are open to anywhere from 3 years' experience or higher. The electrical experience is key and more important than the mechanical, just because the mechanical can more easily be taught. Conveyor experience is not required, but a plus. Previous experience repairing mechanical and electrical machinery in a manufacturing setting. No entry level, need previous experience. Associates would be nice but not required if they have the experience.
Assignment length: Contract to direct - based on 1040 hours.
Hours: Core hours are 8-5, travel position so may leave to go to sites earlier and return later.
Overtime: Expect to work 50 hours per week. Will pay time and a half for OT. They on occasion get “night emergency calls” they pay OT for those calls whether 40 hours has been reached or not. They consider this an extra thank you for doing work outside of normal business hours. Double time would be any “weekend visit” the employee would get. Their weekend calls are defined as any visit after 5 PM of Friday night to 5 AM Monday morning.
Travel: Yes, daily visits to sites for repairs, overnight trips are infrequent, 10-15 times per year.

Responsibilities
Supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance teams, ensuring safe work practices, policy compliance, proper LOTO procedures, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Oversee maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems work; inspect completed work for adherence to specifications and standards.
Support work order planning by assisting with prioritization, scheduling, and personnel assignment; participate in RCA investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage inventory control for shop tools and consumables, ensure safety equipment inspections are completed, and maintain housekeeping in all high-traffic and limited-access areas.
Participate in after-hours maintenance rotation and ensure full compliance with confined space procedures and internal maintenance processes.
Requirements
Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment with strong focus on safety, quality, and equipment uptime.
Proficiency with CMMS platforms (Maximo preferred) and ability to read schematics and operate electrical test equipment (meters, meggers, analyzers, phase meters).
Hands-on experience with PLCs, DCS systems, electrical power systems, instrumentation, and troubleshooting plant equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, cylinders, belts, pulleys, bearings, and gearboxes.
Understanding of standard mechanical practices, materials, tools, and equipment used for maintaining rotating and fixed systems.

This position is BASED OUT OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO. Relocation reimbursement will be provided for candidates that are WILLING TO RELOCATE.
Responsibilities of the Sales Professional Pumps - Rotating Equipment include, but are not limited to:
Ability to develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for accounts Communicate well with others internally and externally, and be able to resolve unique customer issues proactively
Ability to develop assigned sales territory
Grow and maintain new and existing accounts
Stay up to date on latest trends in Rotating Equipment for the product line we represent
Identifying new sales/service opportunities within the territory
Ability to solve Rotating Equipment problems using product we represent
Must be aware of the customer's vision and supply chain initiative objectives and be proactive in the process of providing solutions
Ability to establish and expand relationships with decision makers within each customer organization
Customer driven - documented success in exceeding sales goals, objectives, new products and cost saving (Provide routine cost savings reports and have the customer agree to the savings when possible)
Strong process discipline
Provide DXP monthly reports for each key account highlighting any changes, service problems, challenges from competition, customer projects and initiatives, cost savings reports
Qualifications of the Sales Professional Pumps - Rotating Equipment include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrated track record of extraordinary performance and commitment
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling (rotating equipment, pumps, bearing and power transmission products)
Experience selling to the (mines, power plants, food & beverage, oil & gas, municipalities, municipal contractors & engineering firms) is preferred
Must have customer-service oriented mentality
Computer literate
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience generating proposals and solutions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter demonstrated ability to work productively with minimal supervision
Experience maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

Pay Range: 75k - 100k GUARANTEED 1st year / UNCAPPED ($24k base + Tiered Commission Plan)
