Pros of working at Robert College

It is a diverse community with brilliant students.

Cons of working at Robert College

Under the new "head of school" staff is on edge. He is insincere and a micromanager that can unfortunately only be defined as a bully with his methods. Communication with other higher-ups are also unfortunately rather difficult.
