Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team managers to oversee grant accounts and monitor associated activities. - Review spending patterns and reconcile discrepancies, ensuring proper allocation of funds. - Maintain thorough records to track progress toward monthly and quarterly goals, supporting the team in meeting deadlines. - Generate detailed fiscal reports and communicate findings to the Fiscal Director, addressing any irregularities or areas for improvement. - Assist in ensuring compliance with grant guidelines and deadlines to promote accuracy and accountability. - Identify and resolve potential challenges in grant administration independently, taking ownership of follow-through. - Contribute to process enhancements and solutions in collaboration with managers and directors. - Support documentation and reporting requirements for diverse funding sources, including federal, state, local, and private grants. - Provide consistent, confidential, and reliable assistance with grant communications and reporting. Requirements - Previous experience in grant management, preferably within a nonprofit organization. - Proven ability to handle multiple funding streams and their respective reporting requirements. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent time management capabilities and ability to work independently. - Familiarity with spreadsheet applications, accounting systems, and fiscal reporting tools. - Commitment to meeting deadlines and supporting team objectives. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions.
