ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately enter order tracking details, including shipping & tracking information, and other relevant data into the order tracking process.
- Update and maintain records of customer orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Track the progress of orders from placement to delivery
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the order management team.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, order management, purchasing, and customer service teams to verify order information
- Provide regular updates on order status to relevant stakeholders
- Perform regular audits of order tracking data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Correct any errors or inconsistencies found in the order records
- Archive completed order records according to company policies
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to order status and tracking information
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Warehouse staff back up for PTO coverage

DESIRED EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in data entry or order tracking
- Familiarity with order management systems and databases
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong typing skills and the ability to input data quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software/systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for EDI transactions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain data mapping specifications to enable seamless transformation and integration of EDI data across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, providing timely support to both internal teams and external trading partners.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for EDI processes, including system configurations and data mappings.
