Key Responsibilities + Apply daily cash receipts and client copayments in the AR system. + Prepare private pay billings and statements. + Maintain weekly spreadsheets for government vouchers and payment logs. + Complete and pursue payment logs for government contracts. + Interact with clients regarding account information, including processing payments over the phone. + Provide billing support to AR Billing Reimbursement Coordinator II as needed. + Assist with aging reports, collections, and preparation of A/R work papers for audits. + Maintain organized filing systems for billings and cash receipts. + Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality. + Demonstrate excellent customer service and phone etiquette. + Participate in quality improvement processes and maintain positive working relationships across the agency.
