This is a 1st Shift, 4:00pm - 12:00 AM midnight, Monday-Friday role. Candidates will be performing various functions in the vault including: pulling files, putting files away or quality control. They will verify the loan files were filed in the correct locations. They will be walking all day and climbing step stools as needed. If a file is missing they will search the remainder of that shelf. If not present they will research the file in the computer to find clues as to where it could have been misplaced. Clues include where the file was last seen, files that were brought in at the same time as missing file, checking on desks and under desks, checking carts, etc

Confirm documents are scanned and filed
Prepare documents for court filing
Process incoming mail
Resolve issues with filings

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year relevant experience required
