This IT Administrator will help migrate email accounts in assistance with the organization's recent acquisition. This position is a contract opportunity that is 3-4 months and is 1 00% remote but 1 week onsite to start. Apply Now! Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM PST Duration: 3-4 months Location: 100% Remote but 1 week onsite at the start Pay: $35-43/HR Job Duties: + Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of IT systems + Provide daily network, server, and systems support and monitoring + Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues remotely and via phone + Windows server, server application, and O365 administration and user management + Manage security options to maintain privacy, security, and regulatory compliance + Take ownership of issues reported and see problems through to resolution + Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer and system issues + Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate support channel + Provide prompt and accurate feedback to users + Ensure proper recording and closure of all support and project tickets + Document specialized knowledge and solutions in the form of knowledge base tech notes, procedures, etc. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in an IT Administrator position or related role + Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components, including laptops, Apple mobile devices, Windows 10/11, on-prem Active Directory, O365, and Microsoft Teams + Excellent server and application troubleshooting skills + Effective remote support and deployment via tools such as Manageengine Endpoint/Desktop Central, Connectwise Automate, or Teamviewer.
