**Job Title:** Machinist Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the foodservice packaging industry, is seeking a Machinist to join their team. As a Machinist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate manual machining equipment such as Bridgeport mills, surface grinders, honing machines, broaching tools, and engine lathes.
+ Operate CNC equipment as required to support manufacturing processes.
+ Evaluate and work from blueprints, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair parts without detailed prints.
+ Inspect own work to ensure it meets blueprint specifications using precision inspection tools.
+ Utilize inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, depth micrometers, and indicators, owning personal inspection tools and hand tools.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED.
+ Commitment to continuous learning through structured training, on-the-job experience, and online courses.
+ Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, lifting up to 40 lbs., standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, crouching, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulders.
+ Experience with manual and CNC machining equipment is preferred.

Process Auditors provide confidence to leaders that their organizations can meet the demands of changing environments. Managing risk, monitoring and testing controls, enhancing security, and improving corporate governance are core internal audit services.
+ Technology Audit and Advisory: Helps companies evaluate their ability to protect information assets through testing and evaluating current company processes. This includes security protocols, development processes, and continued information availability to authorized parties. Technology Auditors are involved in assessing and advising on virtually every aspect of how an organization uses technology to protect and enhance enterprise value- controls & regulatory compliance, security, privacy, software development, disaster recovery, technology governance, business intelligence, and many others.
+ Internal Audit Strategy and Technology Enablement: Focuses on defining, designing, developing, testing, and deploying technical solutions that drive increased effectiveness and efficiencies in audit, risk, control, and compliance domains. This includes leveraging artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and automation technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, MS Power Platform, MS SQL, Python, and R. QUALIFICATIONS

OUR HYBRID WORKPLACE
