Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal working in large-scale litigation.
Commercial litigation and/or construction defect experience is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP) and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP).
Excellent computer skills and experience with eDiscovery databases (Relativity, Eclipse, etc.)
Must be able to commute to the firm's office in downtown Denver 3-4 days a week (working remotely is allowed 1-2 days per week).
