Responsibilities: + Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments and resolve past due accounts
+ Research accounts and payment histories to determine reason for delinquency
+ Document all collection activities and interactions within the company's systems
+ Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and support timely resolution
+ Recommend accounts for escalation or further action as needed
