As a FQA Inspector, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** FQA Inspector
**Location:** Milpitas, CA
**Pay Range: $24.00-$24.50/hr**
**Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mechanical parts.
+ Understand and follow Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation.
+ Conduct First Article inspection processes to ensure quality standards.
+ Scan inspection results into the DGS system accurately and efficiently.
+ Maintain detailed records and report inspection findings clearly.
**What's Needed?**
+ **Minimum** of three years' experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and through hole components).
+ Experience using calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamp, microscopes.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Computer literate with organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and team members.
