In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our testing facility while maintaining a secure and attentive environment for examinees. Responsibilities:
- Welcome examinees and verify their identification according to established procedures.
- Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to ensure compliance with testing protocols.
- Monitor candidates throughout their exams to uphold a secure and fair testing environment.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the testing process promptly.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of test materials and the facility at all times.
