Requirements - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with expertise in telecommunications or related fields. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. - Knowledge of telecommunications billing, VoIP, and telecom services. - Ability to conduct gap analysis, variance analysis, and root cause analysis effectively. - Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and processes. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in business process improvement and KPI reporting. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation of work.
