Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate and maintain insurance producer and agency licensing across multiple states + Track license applications, renewals, appointments, and terminations + Prepare, submit, and monitor licensing documentation through state insurance departments and the NIPR system + Maintain accurate licensing records and databases, ensuring compliance with state regulations + Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, carriers, and regulatory agencies regarding licensing matters + Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementing updates to licensing procedures + Support audits and compliance reviews by providing required licensing documentation + Assist with process improvements to enhance licensing efficiency and accuracy Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of licensing, compliance, or administrative experience (insurance industry preferred) + Working knowledge of insurance producer licensing requirements and state regulations + Experience with NIPR and state insurance department portals preferred + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database systems + Excellent written and verbal communication skills TalentMatch Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
