It’s technological company and you can learn a lot
Local management not competent, large corporation with little touch with the actual employees who do the work. When things go bad management makes decisions for everyone that don’t make sense and they don’t take into consideration any feedback.
Used to be flexibility. Not anymore.
Growth and Development
Salary
Performance bonuses are a fantastic way. By trying the reward to results, performance bonuses give employees a sense of ownership and control. It helps motivate me in their work, and gives me a tangible ownership stake in their role. I.e., if I perform and hit their goals, I will receive a reward – one that they both earned and deserve.
Good pay if you are capable
The company is heavily biased toward a specific demographic which is evident in promotions, treatment, recognition and salary.
Work from home.
Great opportunities!
Having to deal with different recruiters often.
Great people
Flexible working from home
Constant change in policies when dealing with claimants. Also miscommunication between agents, and training window.
Remote work
The job provided was a work from home position. It provided invaluable experience has a customer service agent.
temporary positions
Good Communication
New experiences, did multiple long term jobs with great exposure to new topics, and the work life balance.
Salary
Independence.
Diversity in work and the challenges involved
Temporary work
The opportunity to network with others and learn new and valuable skills
Minimum bureaucracy. Keep in touch.
Contract opportunities only
No privilege
Every contract comes with a challenge. As a contractor you are experiencing new cultures all the time. The job scope is detailed and specific. It is easy to show quick gains within organizations.
You are unable to grow within a company and experience the culture. There is little flexibility in the scope of work. You are constantly focusing on job duration and the next job.
The work life balance is great. I feel empowered to make business decisions based on experience and job opportunity.
The people
Everything! Management is rude and doesn't care about its employees and company moral.
There are none!
The people there are easy to get along with, and the office is pleasant enough.
The work is unreliable, and on several occasions I was sent home immediately after arriving in the morning, with no compensation for time or travel.
Sometimes we get free food.
