Cons of working at Robert Half

Salary

Robert Half benefits

Performance bonuses are a fantastic way. By trying the reward to results, performance bonuses give employees a sense of ownership and control. It helps motivate me in their work, and gives me a tangible ownership stake in their role. I.e., if I perform and hit their goals, I will receive a reward – one that they both earned and deserve.
