Pros

Company culture, work life balance, and flat corporate structure. There is great focus on personal development and individual stake in the company; as evidenced by a terrific company stock program

Cons

Location. Milwaukee has harsh winters and suffers from the usual problems of a major urban center. Although there are many conveniences and benefits to working in a big city the congestion and crime outweigh them.

Benefits

Remote work. Being able to avoid traffic, parking costs, and having the ability to take care of home needs; without losing productivity is a real blessing.
