About the Job:
We are seeking an Associate to join our New Ventures team, based out of Redesign Health's India headquarters in Bengaluru. You will support the research, prototyping, and launch of new Portfolio Companies in the healthcare space. - Provide effective challenge to the model conceptual soundness, perform independent tests, write comprehensive validation documentation for models validated
- Develop challenger model methodologies for the official production models
- Effectively communicate model validation conclusions to management - 3+ years' in relevant risk management experience including model risk management and risks analytics preferred
- Masters or Doctorate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques, quantitative finance and programming is essential; good understanding wholesale lending and retail lending business is preferred
- Prior experience with developing or validating models is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem solving and team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with coding languages (Python preferred)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $140,000 year at the commencement of employment. * Develop, consolidate and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. Produce weekly / Monthly / Quarterly and ad hoc reporting of financial results and drivers in FP&A - Orders, Sales, Gross Margin & OPEX; Build Forecasts & participate in Budgets
* Collaborate with finance leaders to develop a standard catalogue of financial reports and key operational metrics.
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales reports highlighting key drivers, risks & opportunities, currency impact, global macros, and red target opportunities. Tracking Organic Sales Growth, Gross Margin, EBITDA conversion, etc.- GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
* Monitor and analyse the daily Orders data; Prepare "Daily Order Forecast" report, track orders KPIs like Backlog, Takt time, etc.
* Periodic reporting of Gross-to-Net Sales, and analysing the associated drivers of Cash discounts, rebate, market development fund, etc.
* Track & report OPEX - R&D, SG&A cost; prepare variance analysis, Forecasting and Budging
* Prepare periodic inventory reports, KPIs, dashboards, with focus on inventory forecasting, seasonality trends, Working/Non-working inventory, etc.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of AR, DSO, DIO, and Cash flow data, and to assist business in developing related month-end/quarter-end reports.
* Drive value-add change by assisting in simplifying processes, accelerating automation / digitization and enhancing analytics function
* Partner across Corporate and Business Groups FP&A and regional teams to perform ad hoc requests
Your Skills and Expertise:
* Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant FP&A work experience
* Education: CA/CMA /MBA (Finance)
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools.
