Gretchen Howard is a builder and problem solver. Howard has expertise in scaling operations alongside product growth. Her specialities include leadership and team management, sales, marketing, engineering culture, and customer strategy.

Before joining Robinhood, Norm Ashkenas was SVP and Head of Compliance for Fidelity Institutional & Fidelity Brokerage Technology, and CCO for National Financial Services and Fidelity Distribution Co., the clearing, custody, intermediary, capital markets, and brokerage technology divisions of Fidelity Investments.

Jason joined Robinhood from Amazon where he spent nearly 20 years, most recently as VP of Finance and Chief of Staff to their CFO. At Amazon, he oversaw the Benchmarking, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Risk Management, and Compliance teams.

Aparna currently heads up product for Google's AR, VR, and Vision-based products (Lens). She joined Google in 2008, and her previous roles have included Senior Product Manager for Google Search; Director/Group Product Manager, Google Now; and Technical Assistant to the CEO. She also currently serves as a Board Member for Capital One. Aparna holds a BTech from IIT, Madras, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas Austin, and an MS in Management & Engineering from M.I.T.

Dan oversees all global legal functions including corporate counsel, regulatory counsel, and product counsel.

In addition to his position on Robinhood’s Board of Directors, Gallagher was most recently partner and deputy chair of the securities department at the international law firm WilmerHale.

He served as a SEC Commissioner from 2011 to 2015 and held several other positions on the SEC staff prior to being appointed commissioner, including deputy director and co-acting director of the division of trading and markets.

Gallagher also offers significant experience developing and building legal organizations, including serving as Chief Legal Officer at Mylan NV from 2017 to 2019.

Sima recently left a senior security role at CapitalOne, where he spearheaded many of their security initiatives. Prior to CapitalOne, Sima founded SPI Dynamics (acquired by HP) and BlueBox security(acquired by Lookout) and has served as an advisor, investor, and CEO for security companies.

Steve Quirk is the Chief Brokerage Officer at Robinhood Markets. Prior to joining Robinhood, Steve oversaw the strategy and deployment of initiatives for Trading at TD Ameritrade. He also served as a member of the company's Senior Operating Committee, which shaped the strategic focus of the organization. Steve focused on teaching the next generation of investors and has championed the creation of the TD Ameritrade U program to bridge the gap between academia and reality. Prior to his role at TD Ameritrade, Steve was responsible for the development of new trading tools and technology enhancements for the think or swim trading platform. Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Risk/Insurance and Marketing. He holds Series 3, 4,7, and 24 licenses and is an active Board Member of Cara Collective.
