The Opportunity The Facilities Engineer will oversee all aspects of our building systems and services, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: Building Systems Maintenance: Perform as well as oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire protection. Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role. Experience building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Preferred Qualifications: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software is a plus.
