The Customer Intelligence and AI (CIAI) team is a specialized Data Science group within Robinhood's Corporate Strategy organization. Our mission is to unlock deeper insights into customer behaviors, satisfaction, and market performance through Net Promoter Score (NPS), benchmarking, and advanced analytics. We apply data science, machine learning, and AI to improve customer experiences, drive operational efficiency, and inform company-wide strategy.
We partner with teams across Robinhood-including Product, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Research. Our work powers strategic decision-making, enhances operational performance, and integrates into data science and AI pipelines across the company.
As a Data Scientist, Analytics on the CIAI team, you will strengthen and expand Robinhood's NPS and benchmarking capabilities. This includes designing and improving measurement frameworks, conducting deep-dive analyses, and shaping how Robinhood tracks and improves customer experience relative to competitors. You'll contribute to both recurring programs and new technical projects that advance our ability to measure company performance and improve decision-making efficiently.

What you'll do
Strengthen Robinhood's NPS programs by supporting the full stack of data science work-from data pipelines and analytics to dashboarding, reporting, and deep-dive analysis.
Drive innovation in the NPS space, including experimentation with AI- and LLM-based approaches to customer intelligence and feedback analysis.
Build and maintain scalable data processes to collect, manage, and synthesize information from a wide range of internal and external sources.
Support competitive benchmarking efforts, providing technical expertise for competitive intelligence and contextualizing Robinhood's performance relative to peers.
Advocate for customers by helping establish best practices in how we measure, interpret, and act on customer feedback.
What you bring
2-5 years of experience in an analytics or data science role, ideally blending quantitative analysis with business impact (e.g., roles in technology, financial services, consulting, or research).
Degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data wrangling, visualization, and analysis.
Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques; exposure to text analytics, natural language processing, or AI/LLM applications is a plus.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence business decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and deadlines across multiple projects.

Assign appropriate resolution categories to each missed or incomplete service.
Issue and communicate deductions for missed services when necessary.
Ensure all missed IVRs are followed up on the same day, with detailed and up-to-date system notes.
Identify and escalate recurring issues, no-show trends, and IVR compliance gaps to the appropriate market team.
Rectify and/or reschedule any missed services to prevent loss of revenue.
Scheduling Planned Services:
Assist with the scheduling of services in Web Proposed and Web Scheduled status.
Reach out to the Contract Partners by phone AND email for any of the Web Proposed/Web Scheduled services where the dates do not work, to advise them new dates are needed.
Update the ‘Next Step' note and move the status back to ‘Pending Schedule' to return to market scheduling.

Escalate the following promptly:

As a Financial Reporting Intern, you will have experience in preparation of financial statements for SEC filings, statutory, and internal reporting purposes as well as assist in understanding and incorporating product updates, transactions, and newly adopted accounting literature in our financial statement disclosures.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, Chicago or New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
Prepare the financial documents, footnote disclosures, and management discussion and analyses while maintaining complete tie-out documentation under the Company's SOX controls
Assist in the preparation of portions of the GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists
Perform ad hoc disclosure benchmarking research of peer group companies
Establish active and effective communication with cross functional partners
Perform and monitor Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance
Multi-task and complete assigned tasks and projects in accordance with set timelines
Find opportunities to improve internal processes, improve work efficiency and quality
What you bring
Currently enrolled in a full-time, Bachelor's degree-seeking program in a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026/Spring 2027
Understanding of the U.S. GAAP standards
