Participate in training as required for new systems, processes, procedures, or reports to meet the job's requirements. Required Qualifications College associates or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of previous experience as a contract administrator, HR representative, business administrator, contract manager, or related field. Experience in the Telecommunication Industry and/or RUS is an added plus. The individual must be organized, pay close attention to detail, and display a willingness to investigate questions or problems. Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and with clients.
