We're seeking a Director of Design to lead design across this space, driving high-impact work that defines the future of crypto at Robinhood. This is a senior leadership role with broad influence across product, strategy, and execution. You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to shape the vision, elevate design craft, and scale a high-performing team. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, Bellevue, WA, or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.
