She has previously served in a number of leadership roles at the firm over the past decade and has been a partner since 1997. Ms. Temple has counseled public and private companies on their highest strategic priorities throughout her legal career, giving her an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in ScanSource’s industry and the industries of many of the Company’s vendors and customers. Ms. Temple also serves on the Nominating and Governance Committee of the ScanSource Board of Directors.
