Job Description
The Assembly Planner will be responsible for generating and updating the method of manufacturing for components to comply with engineering drawings and process specifications. Coordinating, optimizing and implementing production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including engineering, production, procurement, and logistics, to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demands.
Essential Functions
Generate and update documentation required for fabrication, manufacturing and assembly of components to meet drawing and Robinson procedure specifications.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and production capacity.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate any delays, equipment failures, or other disruptions.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure raw materials are available for production and avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly to minimize waste and optimize resource usage.
Track and report key production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all production planning activities.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and resource utilization.
Continuously improving planning processes and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Position Requirements
Proven experience as a Assembly Planner or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
A&P License is not required but would be ideal.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management or production planning.
Strong understanding of supply chain and production planning concepts.
Proficiency in production planning software (specifically: EPICOR Kinetic, but SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is acceptable).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is a plus.
Qualifications
Education / other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field or A&P License.
Competencies
Effective Communication: Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills are required for the Production Planner role.

Design, develop, integrate, and verify electrical systems, equipment, and avionics assemblies through the product development cycle
Conduct preliminary analysis of electrical loads to inform design decisions
Create detail, assembly, and installation design definitions using CAD software
Oversee the development and manufacturing of prototype articles
Develop requirements, specifications, and processes
Identify, plan, and conduct tests for components, assemblies and aircraft in the laboratory, ground, and flight test environment as necessary to include test planning, conformity, instrumentation, test conduct, data analysis, and issue resolution
Interface with other engineers to determine the operating environment for design elements and resolve issues found during development and certification
Validate that designs meet customer expectations, design objectives, and the requirements of 14 CFR Part 27
Interface with suppliers to identify solutions to design problems, establish requirements, and ensure requirements are satisfied
Report project status, schedules, and risks
Develop processes and tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the work
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field or equivalent work experience
Experience with computer aided design and modeling with a focus on design for manufacturing
Must be a proven self-starter requiring minimal supervision, with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent academic record
Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others
Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree in a related engineering field.
Experience with engineering design, fabrication, integration, development, and testing for rotorcraft applications

JOB DESCRIPTION:
TIG Welders are responsible for the fabrication and welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel parts using the TIG process in accordance with RHC procedures and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA. TIG Welders certify to AWS D1731 Aerospace Specification as required to manually weld aviation hardware from 0.020” to 0.300” thickness, in all positions.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & COMPETENCIES:
•TIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and/or drawings by means of TIG welding in all positions including the use of rotary turntables for welding.
•Set up machines according to work instructions to trim, size, form, inspect, and GTAW (TIG) weld materials to meet drawing requirements.
•Inspection of welds for accuracy, an inspection of root side weld defects, visual weld inspection using fillet weld gauges, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and final weld fixtures. Weld inspection for weld size, face, and root reinforcement, cracks, inclusions, and porosity.
•Proficiency in pre-heating and post-heating of weld elements.
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances. Drawing review for compliance for final dimensions, weld note callouts, base material, and filler material selection.
•Basic mathematic skills include but are not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for calculating material fabrication.
•Full compliance with the Company's DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.

CNC Machinists use a variety of CNC lathes, mills, lasers, and waterjets used to cut metal for the manufacturing of helicopters and helicopter parts in accordance with manufacturing procedures and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & COMPETENCIES:
Ability to review blueprints and drawings to determine set-up procedures, machining sequences, and dimensions. Must be able to set-up jobs by loading programs, select fixtures, part holders, and tooling to machine parts to specifications.
Familiarity with CNC machine controls and their functions (adjusting tool offset, indicating fixtures or parts, change tools and following along with the part program).
Ability to monitor tools and attachments to ensure parts are properly cooled and lubricated.
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and surface finishes related to blueprint requirements.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and geometric tolerances.
Basic mathematic skills include, but are not limited to, adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for calculating material fabrication.
Must be capable of using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, indicators, dial bores, thread gauges, and basic measuring tools.
Full compliance with the Company's DOT Antidrug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
