A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. Trays may also be pulled. Climbing Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.     QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas of study: public health physiology exercise science kinesiology biomechanics ergonomics physical education athletic training occupational/physical therapy nursing dietetics Experience/Skills Requires one to three years health care experience Requires knowledge and experience in: health risk assessments lifestyle risk reduction disease management health promotion Communicates effectively both verbally and in written reports Required Licenses/Certifications CPR Certification as a Wellness Coach, Health Coach, or comparable credential (e.g., NBC‑HWC, Wellcoaches, ACE, or equivalent) Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lead in‑person or virtual wellness sessions Ability to demonstrate various weight strengthening exercises and fitness exercises Occasional travel or flexible hours may be required for events or workshops Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional standing or high physical activity ROUTINE RESPONSIBILITIES Behavioral Expectations Consistently complies with established Behavioral Expectations Essential Functions Builds and maintains effective relationships with clients and other healthcare professionals Collaborates with clinic provider and other members of the clinic team Facilitates on-site educational programs to large groups Proactively assesses and addresses lifestyle modification recommendations ex: energy drinks & vaping Conducts/reviews individual health risk assessments Analyzes the individual's health data to help the client prioritize and establish personal health goals Designs and implements programs based on client's own health, fitness, nutritional and lifestyle data Uses strategies with clients such as: Setting goals Realizing and understanding barriers Planning to overcome barriers Noting achievements Communicating needs and frustrations Provides ongoing coaching, teaching, and social support to help individuals build self-efficacy skills and achieve personal health goals Continuously revisits goals and recognizes achievements, challenges, and barriers to maintain client progress and success Builds client independence through teaching nutrition, exercise and lifestyle modifications Uses national clinical guidelines and standards to provide risk reduction and disease management services to individuals with chronic conditions and/or complex medical situations Adheres to legal and ethical codes and standards Effectively collaborates and integrates with healthcare professionals, other suppliers of corporate health services, and community services Maintains competency by staying current on scientifically based research theories and best practices Gives information to business/corporations/organizations on how to set up a Worksite Wellness program at the worksite Performs other duties as assigned Core Competencies Coaching and behavior change strategies Program design and evaluation Emotional intelligence and empathy Facilitation and group engagement Data‑informed decision making Confidentiality and ethical judgment Full Time/Day Shift 80 Hours/Bi-weekly
