Cons of working at Robinson Manufacturing

They make you work over or on your day off with little to no warning. The pay is not a livable income. The insurance is the worst insurance I've ever had. Upper management seems to only make bad decisions about how to run the business and treats their employees like their time belongs to the company.

Robinson Manufacturing benefits

I don't know that there are any. Maybe the twice annually pizza party where they buy us some Little Caesars. It's really nothing though. I might be poor but I can afford a five dollar pizza.

Pros of working at Robinson Manufacturing

There are none. Unless you like being overworked for an unlivable wage.

What do you like best about Robinson Manufacturing's CEO and the leadership team?

They make bad decisions about how to run their business regularly. It's pretty hilarious.

How would you improve Robinson Manufacturing's culture?

By not treating employees like cattle that are there solely to make money for the individual that owns the company. Pay employees a livable wage and give them better benefits overall.

How did you prepare for the Robinson Manufacturing interview?

They'll hire pretty much anyone. No preparation needed. They're desperate for employees because their pay and benefits are so atrocious.

How does your compensation at Robinson Manufacturing compare to the industry average?

Below average by at least seven or eight dollars per hour.

It's a rural town. I'm pretty sure they don't care about diversity.
