ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
Receive, unpack, verify, record, label and distribute incoming shipments of WIP, raw materials and items tied directly to a job; inspect for accuracy and damage.
Prepare outgoing shipments by ensuring accurate counts, proper labeling, packaging and documentation.
Move raw materials, WIP and any items tied directly to a job between work centers, staging areas and vendor locations.
Identify inventory items and allow inventory control specialist group to inventory and manage product.
Adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices, including LEAN and 6S initiatives.
Operate forklifts or other industrial equipment to move materials and ensure timely delivery to work centers.
Maintain accurate records using computer systems and manage related clerical tasks.
Coordinate material flow across departments and communicate discrepancies or needs effectively.
Collaborate with team members, demonstrate strong time management, and support a clean, organized work environment.
Perform duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Support additional production needs as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience: one - three years of relevant experience, ideally in shipping/receiving and ERP systems like Syteline/CSI.
Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.
Ability to safely operate a forklift in compliance with safety regulations.
Capable of reading and understanding sales orders, inventory records, and shipping/receiving documents.

This position is a key member of the leadership team with broad operational responsibilities including manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, procurement, quality, and maintenance. Champion the deployment of Lean across the enterprise, particularly as the company evolves from a “job shop” environment to a production manufacturing/flow shop

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on industrial engineering, metallurgy, mechanics or manufacturing. Advanced degree preferred.
Manufacturing Experience: Proven leadership of multi-plant manufacturing operations in businesses that manufacture engineered industrial products for sophisticated and demanding customers. Ideal candidates will bring experience with medium- or high-mix custom fabricated steel products.
Additional Functional Experience: Including Safety, Lean (multi-site), SIOP and optimization.
Fifteen plus (15+) years of experience in general management, manufacturing, operations and/or supply chain roles.
Demonstrated experience leading change to transform manufacturing operations leverage Lean/Six Sigma.

Summary:

ABOUT THE JOB

JOB OVERVIEW
The Electrical Designer is skilled in designing and developing functional electrical equipment, components, and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility applications. Responsible for creating design and manufacturing drawings based on customer specifications, with tasks varying according to project requirements.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
Designs, tests, and evaluates electrical systems, components, and processes to meet customer and industry requirements.
Oversee installation, maintenance, documentation, and compliance with codes and specifications.
Develop and improve products by researching customer needs and testing manufacturing and assembly methods.
Enhances manufacturing processes by modifying equipment and incorporating operator feedback.
Ensures product quality through development and execution of testing procedures.
Investigates customer complaints, determines root causes, and recommends corrective actions.
Prepares budgets and estimates for labor, materials, and construction costs.
Maintains equipment by following procedures and coordinating necessary repairs.
Provides technical support and engineering guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations to uphold product and company standards.
Continuously expands technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
Contributes to team goals by supporting related tasks as needed.
Creates and reviews detailed technical and manufacturing drawings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: associate's degree preferred.
Experience: minimum 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
Knowledge of electronic engineering codes, CAD drafting, and Microsoft Office.
Conceptual understanding of welding, fabrication, and machining practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Effective team player with strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing key day-to-day functions of the corporate accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and a timely month‑end close.
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to)
Own assigned general ledger accounts, including monthly reconciliations, journal entries, variance investigation, and maintain clear, documented support.
Perform monthly income-statement and balance‑sheet reviews; investigate anomalies and misclassifications; prepare and post correcting entries with complete support.
Contribute to preparing monthly financial statements and analyses that provide actionable insights to department and executive leaders.
Maintain the fixed asset ledger, including capitalizations, disposals, transfers, depreciation, and adherence to capitalization policies.
Prepare audit and budgeting workpapers for internal and external parties.
Prepare and manage monthly accruals to ensure accurate period cut-off.
Maintain and review prepaid expense schedules to ensure consistent amortization, accurate documentation, completeness, and alignment with company policies.
Support daily bank operations and cash management activities
Partner cross-functionally with other teams to align accounting processes and improve accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting
Identify and introduce process improvements or automation opportunities to drive the standardization and scalability of accounting processes.
Assist in documenting accounting procedures and strengthening internal controls.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA preferred.
Experience: 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel.
Proficiency using accounting software/ERP systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently while maintaining high productivity and strong time management skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

JOB OVERVIEW
Assembling large/heavy metal structures using hand tools. The use of tape measures and converting decimals to fractions will also be part of the daily tasks. Use of ladders, lifts and overhead cranes may also be required.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Welder Fabricator, your role is to create metal structures and products using welding and fabrication techniques. Your daily tasks will include reading blueprints, measuring and welding metal pieces together to form a finished product. You will need to have good GMAW and FCAW skills along with grinding, drilling, cutting and plasma metal removal processes. Attention to detail is crucial, as even small mistakes can compromise the integrity of the finished product. Alongside technical expertise, you will need physical strength and stamina to work with heavy machinery and the ability to work long hours on your feet.

Ensure high-quality production with minimal rework, meeting efficiency and production goals.
Assist and guide other fabricators to ensure consistent quality and teamwork skills.
Fit, tack, and weld fabrications to completion, verifying dimensions for accuracy.

Identify issues, propose solutions, and present data-driven recommendations.
