Usually, robotic welders don't need a college education. The most common degree for robotic welders is high school diploma with 49% graduates, with only 18% robotic welder graduates earning associate degree. Robotic welders who decided to graduate from college often finish Central State University or University of Phoenix. Some good skills to have in this position include mig, gmaw and calipers.

Popular robotic welder certifications include Certified Welding Engineer, Certified Welder, or Certified Welding Fabricator (CWF). To improve robotic welder qualification and skills, we prepared some online courses to help in robotic welder education paths.
