Leaving this place at the end of the day.
I have nothing good say worst job I have ever had. No promotions, no raises and under paid for industry. Management is full of men that discriminate against women or bully them.
Robson has no perks. No overtime, no Xmas party, no annual raises, and no growth potential opportunities they will hire from the outside always. MGMT is all friends or family if you want to succeed work somewhere else.
That we don't see them everyday.
Be better, listen to employees and actually care about them.
Looked up company but did not see any reviews so I took the job and regret it.
Underpaid compared to other companies. Many people leave because of pay or no raises year after year. They have not compared wages for a long time to see where they stand.
If you aren't a white male you don't matter. Many women are treated poorly and talked to in derogatory ways to belittle them.
