Individuals selected for the position will be expected to perform investigations of workers compensation claims, liability investigations, multi-line insurance claims, criminal and civil background checks, and other investigative tasks.
The majority of cases worked in this position require stationary and mobile surveillance.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SURVEILLANCE:
Thoroughly complete assigned cases.
Testify to the collected facts obtained in any hearing or court of law as needed.
Assist other investigators on challenging cases.

Individuals selected for the position will be expected to perform investigations of workers compensation claims, liability investigations, multi-line insurance claims, criminal and civil background checks, and other investigative tasks.
The majority of cases worked in this position require stationary and mobile video surveillance.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SURVEILLANCE:
Thoroughly complete assigned cases.
Testify to the collected facts obtained in any hearing or court of law as needed.
Assist other investigators on challenging cases.
Make sound judgments both during the investigation and with future handling recommendations.
Turn in updates, evidence, and report in timely manner.
Upload surveillance video upon completion of investigation.
The nature of this job requires early hours, long days, and travel into surrounding areas.

TRAINING
The Robison Group provides remote and/or in-classroom training to ensure that individuals are set up for success before moving into their roles.
COMPENSATION & REIMBURSEMENTS:
Paid travel time and reimbursement for mileage, tolls, and other per diem items.
Hourly Rate is commensurate with education and experience.

Overview
The Invoice Specialist role consists of requesting payment extensions, requesting expedited payments and follow up work with the utility providers to make sure payments were posted correctly to eliminate any chance of disconnection of services for our customers. Invoice Specialists are also responsible for requesting missing invoices, late fee removal, following up on disconnect notices, and mailing address updates from the utility providers.

Partner with IT and business leaders to develop business cases, prioritize projects, manage risks and dependencies, drive IT resource capacity planning, and maintain organizational communication plans related to IT projects and initiatives.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**
+ Develop, execute, and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio management strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
+ Maintain an accurate inventory of IT projects, regularly assess and reprioritize projects based on strategic goals, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Lead IT project requests from a conceptual phase through formal project initiation. Identify impediments and work with stakeholders to mitigate or resolve any negative impacts of those impediments. Ensure requests follow established governance, policies, and procedures.
+ Coordinate with IT management and business leaders to establish and maintain a multi-year roadmap of IT projects and initiative.
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and define business cases for IT projects, preliminary project scope, deliverables, and initial project requirements.
+ Lead and negotiate staffing efforts across cross-functional teams for IT-related projects. Focuses on capacity vs demand matrices and controls resource allocation limitations, often reporting overall impacts on the portfolio to senior business and IT leaders.
+ Coordinate with IT project managers and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, monitor, and communicate project risks or issues to relevant stakeholders, leadership teams, and steering committees.
+ Build, develop, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and external vendors. Serve as the main point of contact for new project requests and IT project portfolio inquiries.
+ Collaborate with IT financial administrators, project managers, and other stakeholders on the IT budgeting cycle. Develop and maintain an accurate view of IT project expenditures and planned costs throughout the year.
+ Coordinate IT project intake process. Work with the Manager of IT Project Management and other project managers to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the IT project management processes, methodologies, and tools. Identify areas for enhancement, implement best practices, and promote a culture of innovation and efficiency.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related discipline, and 5 years of related IT experience, or
+ Associate's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related discipline and 7 years of related IT experience, or
+ High school diploma or equivalent (HSED or GED) and 11 years of related IT experience.
+ Expected to hold, or pursue and maintain, the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), Comp TIA's Project+, or equivalent within 6 months of filling this role.
+ A valid driver's license.
+ Occasional travel.
**This position is identified as a Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) related position, which may allow physical and/or logical access to Bulk Electric System (BES) cyber related assets or systems. **PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**
