    Full-time Description The Housing Maintenance Technician's core function is to keep all the apartments in good repairs, functional, and habitable conditions. Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve issues and repair / fix. And complete housing work orders. Essential Job Functions The following duties are mandatory requirements of the job: Must have knowledge, ‘know-how' and ability to perform all aspects of building / apartment repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring, lighting, painting, spackling, locks, cleaning & sanitizing. Use of power tools and ladders safely. Assist tenant with small items, sometimes moves, and assist tenant whenever approved by supervisor. Pick up daily work orders and procure necessary supplies before going out on a service call.
