In close collaboration with the Lipson Cancer Center, our patients benefit from access to cutting-edge oncology treatments, clinical trials, and multidisciplinary care from experts in medical and radiation oncology, surgery, and supportive services. Our team is committed to patient-centered, holistic care that addresses both medical and emotional needs, enhancing quality of life throughout every stage of treatment. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provides high-quality, patient-centered, clinical care · Performs initial and ongoing assessment of the patient, utilizing appropriate data (i.e. physical, psychological, educational and risk-screen data appropriate for the chronological / developmental age of the patient). · Communicates and documents assessment of patient with the interdisciplinary team.
