RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Establish, maintain, and communicate informed understanding of the direction, goals, objectives and strategies of the Title III projects. * Establish and maintain effective communication channels and procedures to ensure the operation of the project remain congruent with the overall institutional strategic plan. * Manage day-to-day activities of the project. * Supervise project teams and staff members. * Coordinate Project Advisory Team and serve as Chair with the responsibility for scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and maintaining meeting minutes and records. * Develop and maintain all Title III project records, including policies and procedures, purchasing records, budget information, activity and implementation information, and evaluation results. * Work within the Academic Affairs Department to administer the budget, purchase supplies or technology, and hire personnel. * Set up and monitor data collection mechanism for all project evaluation components. * Coordinate the evaluation process, including work with the external evaluator. * Complete grant related reports and updates for the external evaluation team and federal reports. * Monitor and approve all grant expenditure in compliance with federal regulations, project objectives, and College policies. * Attend training and workshops as appropriate for the position. * Establish and maintain effective professional relationships with staff, students, faculty, and other NIACC stakeholders. * Be attentive to detail, accurately follow written and oral instructions, and work independently. * Maintain records and files as requested by the Vice President of Academic Affairs. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President of Academic Affairs relating to the success of the project. * Maintain strong organizational skills, demonstrate reliability, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Fulfill other responsibilities as needed or assigned. Perform in a manner that strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organizational components of the College, including opportunities for student recruitment.
