HALO is looking for a Program Account Manager to join its Program Account Management team. This role will serve as a direct point of contact for Account Executives (AEs) and Clients on Program Accounts assigned as they liaise between AE/Client and internal HALO Departments, including: Inventory Management, AR, Marketing, etc. This role will be responsible for managing the program to meet or exceed the program requirements outlined in the Contract and Business Requirement Docs and will lead strategy meetings with technology resources to identify and execute to the processes outlined. Additionally, the person in this role must understand the profitability goals of the programs being managed and manage said programs to meet or exceed profitability - reducing inventory, staff expense, manual process removal, etc. Note: If you reside within 30 miles of the Sterling, IL Corporate Office, 1x a week visit would be required. Responsibilities: Program Management Collaborate with the clients, Account Executives, sales & program management, and internal departments to develop and maintain the life cycle of ecommerce programs: Have a thorough understanding of how to manage the program to meet requirements outlined in the Business Requirement Docs and Contract Have an in-depth knowledge of brand guidelines, marketing direction, fulfillment and billing requirements Own all client-related calendars (marketing, merchandising, product load/refresh) and manage timeline benchmarks Prepare internal and external program reviews on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Resolve issues, delays and conflicts between internal departments Collect, analyze, and communicate all pertinent project details, deliverables, and changes to the client and internal stakeholders. Manage client expectations and communicate project processes, approvals, and timelines Manage and communicate changes to existing programs, new programs and marketing initiatives to internal staff Lead strategy meetings with technology resources to identify and execute to the processes outlined Understand, analyze and communicate findings from sales, inventory and usage reports to provide oversight to demands on inventory, guide informed decisions about item and program performance, and optimize established ship complete, inventory turn, and obsolescence goals Account Profitability Manage to the profitability goals of each program. Execute long-range sales and marketing plans to generate increased overall revenue growth of assigned accounts Identify new sales opportunities and engage appropriate personnel as needed Collaborate with clients to identify and create accurate metrics, sales and revenue projections to measure ongoing success of each program Work within program expense budgets, including sample and marketing spend Manage the program to meet or exceed profitability - reducing inventory, staff expense, and continually improve efficiencies of internal processes Requirements: Associate's Degree required Minimum of 3+ year of account or program management experience required Previous experience in the promotional products industry preferred Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent time-management and organizational skills Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Strong problem solving skills and ability to make decisions Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports Flexibility to work with a team, take on new responsibilities and work overtime when required Basic marketing, accounting, knowledge Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $47,000 - $60,000 annually. Test products and processes and evaluate results to identify/solve problems and estimate cost of resolutions. Produce detailed designs and/or CAD drawings, acting as technical expert on products and processes. Analyze and improve existing processes and products, including updating documentation. Communicate the technical advantages of MFCS products and capabilities to customers. Establish and maintain relationships with Customer Purchasing and Engineering departments to facilitate product meetings. Develop, implement and test procedures needed to build products efficiently and cost-effectively. Manage the design of products and recommend production methods. Ensure projects are achievable and align with procedural standards. Develop new or existing product engineering activities for effectiveness. Communicate with departments regarding budget, status, personnel or necessary resources for projects. Review product reports for recommendations on quality improvements. Work closely with Marketing to define product timeline, unique specifications or other details. Perform all other duties as assigned.
