A Brief Overview
Responsible for the operation of the Cardiac/Pulmonary services. Trains nursing staff to provide respiratory services for patients. Is responsible for the Sleep Lab program, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, EKGs, Holter and event monitors, safety and Hospital Preparedness.
What you will do
Provides Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Pumonary Function tests, Holter Monitors, EKGs; assists with Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Stress tests, coordinates Planet Heart schedule, and provides for patient education for in home treatment and equipment as needed.
Administers respiratory treatments according to provider orders and checked prior to administration and organizes daily respiratory care activities allowing for all therapies to be completed as well as additional routine duties.
Maintains availability during an on call schedule with a response time of within 30 minutes when called and responds to emergencies, resuscitations, and new admissions as necessary.
Cleans, sterilizes and maintains all equipment according to procedure manuals.
Maintains accurate and timely documentation of all therapies ordered.
Initiates and monitors treatment of BiPAP/CPAP equipment per protocol.
Develops, maintains, updates and revises Respiratory department policies and procedures.
Serves as the Safety Officer.
Collects and evaluates safety practice/hazard information; organizes and chairs committee meetings; conducts safety surveys and training programs for staff.

Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. Completion of a C.NA training program, training if required by state and at least 40 hours of specific training related to restorative care procedures (may be provided by licensed therapists providing service within the organization).
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor
vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of

As a Chemical Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling raw materials and processing products according to Synsus high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools and equipment. This position is responsible for creating batches following a “recipe” on batch tickets, tracking raw material inventory while maintaining a safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Follow and document batches according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which provides a detailed written method, instructions, and formula for mixing, blending and compounding specific ingredients in precise amounts for the manufacture of consumer and industrial products.
Distinguish between various raw materials by proper labels and physical properties during batching
Understand the key process variables which impact product quality and consistency and understand how to control and troubleshoot them.
Prepares and makes ready all materials for manufacturing. Monitors change of temperature, pressure, visual appearance, physical changes and other significant developments which serve as an indication of process progress.
Fill out the job specific SOP complete with all necessary data including but not limited to target weight and actual weight of each add, time of completion with date, total actual batch weight, and testing results.
Able to communicate any change or discrepancy to equipment or batches on time, clearly and effectively across the team
Maintain clean work areas, cleans manufacturing and storage tanks, all lines and all other equipment, using water and various cleaning agents as required.
Inspect and operate a powered industrial truck to move/store raw materials.
Operate overhead rail mounted cranes.
Perform minor maintenance tasks as required to keep processes operating.
Prepare equipment for maintenance which includes clearing and cleaning equipment to be worked on.
Understand and follow Synsus Policy, OSHA, EPA, ADEM and other regulations.

Proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Able to become respirator fit tested for safe operations.

We currently have an opening for a Parts Manager in Edgerton, Minnesota. This position reports to the Regional Parts Manager and manages parts operations within the dealership to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Must work cooperatively to optimize parts department processes. Must attract, retain, and effectively engage department personnel.
Essential Duties:
Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
Promotes and merchandises parts and accessories in conjunction with other store locations
Creates annual parts department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives
Develops and executes parts department marketing plan and monitors monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals
Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedures
Submits all parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credit
Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals
Ensures all department tools, equipment and vehicles are in good working order
Manages recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Objective
The Regional Support Specialist provides operational and technical support across multiple swine production sites within a designated region. This role ensures consistency in production practices, employee training, compliance, and operational efficiency. Role and Responsibilities

What you'll do as an Mechanic I:
Perform preventative maintenance service on tractor and trailers.
Perform light repairs and minor electrical repairs.
Pressure test and diagnose coolant systems.
Check alignments and diagnose problems.
Drive or be trained to drive tractors and or tractor-trailer combinations.
Check and diagnose electrical systems.
Read preventative maintenance list and keep current on preventative maintenance due.
Perform light repairs on 'Driver write-ups' and 'fuel island' repairs.
Work Fuel Island as needed.
Clean shop areas as needed.
Maintain fleet tires.
Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.
Obtain a set of tools and tool storage within 3 months of date of hire.
Effectively communicate both written and orally with supervisor and peers.
Follow directions.

Be trained and certified to operate any required equipment within 30 days after hire.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Mechanic I:
Have High School Diploma or GED. Tech School classes or equivalent training preferred.
Possess a Valid Class C Drivers License.
Have 2 years experience in preventative maintenance, minor repairs on tractor and trailers, some electrical diagnostics, light repairs, dismounting and mounting tire machine, use of tire bars, and use of tire gun.
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.
