Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor

The Part-Time CDL Driver plays a key role in the farm's shipping and receiving operations. This position involves operating trucks and trailers to transport materials between farms and occasionally to other local destinations. The role offers great flexibility with work hours and days to be discussed during the interview process. Safe operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and compliance with safety standards are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate company-owned and leased trucks (over 4 tons) to support shipping and receiving operations.
Transport cased eggs and packaging materials for delivery, pickup, and relocation between farm locations and other nearby destinations.
Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections and perform routine user maintenance; submit required maintenance reports.
Provide courteous and professional customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
Safely operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Maintain all required certifications as per DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards.
Ensure all company property in your care is kept in good, serviceable condition.
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support farm operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to operate and maintain vehicles and equipment safely at all times.
Flexibility to complete deliveries as needed by shipping schedules.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with a clean driving record.
Minimum of 1 year of truck driving experience.
Ability to learn and safely operate all company-specific Material Handling Equipment.

Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
