What you'll do: * Greet members warmly and assist with their daily banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and account inquiries * Process transactions accurately and in compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements * Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs and support business growth * Promote in-branch technology and assist members as needed * Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to security procedures * Resolve member questions or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary * Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports * Support other branch functions as needed Qualifications: * High school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing learning * Background in customer service.
