RockAuto pays well but there's a cravat: the office environment is so toxic that if they didn't pay well, every single employee would be out of there so fast that the CEO's head would spin...and he is well aware of this.
The on-site CEO is a bully. He will belittle you (loudly) in front of the whole open office. If you believe you can avoid this by being a model employee, you're sadly mistaken. Reducing his employees to tears fills some weird psychological need within his psyche. Don't apply here. Please.
My favorite perk was the company outing where a obsequious employee accidentally beaned the CEO with a wiffle ball bat. The employee nearly soiled himself but everyone else cheered (silently) because we all wished we could have done the same.
Nothing. None of the "managers" have had management experience and they only kowtow to the all powerful CEO, no matter how irrational his demands might be.
Retire the CEO and replace him with a competent businessman.
I would get good and drunk the night before and over-sleep so I would miss the interview. Again, please don't consider working for this hellish outfit.
R/A pays better than average but, as cited previously, they have to do so to retain any employees.
The CEO, who micromanages every aspect of the operation, doesn't give a fig about diversity but...but he likes to hire young women because they're easier to bully.
The quarterly bonus. That's it. This place is mega-toxic.
