Minimum Qualifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). Basic Life Support (BLS) 2 years clinical experience in a hospital, healthcare, or behavioral health-related setting preferred. Proficiency in direct patient care and nursing practices. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and post-treatment care instructions. Monitor patients using telemetry equipment to detect cardiac and other physiological changes requiring intervention. Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualized care plans. Deliver nursing care in medical, surgical, and pediatric settings, adapting to the specific requirements of each patient population. Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
