Andy Youniss co-founded Rocket Software in 1990 and continues to be the company's main driving force. Andy successfully established and actively manages Rocket's largest OEM partnerships and is guiding the company's growth through technology investments, acquisitions, new product lines, and strategic partnerships. Prior to founding Rocket Software, Andy was the development manager for DB View Inc., a software company specializing in DB2 database tools. Previously, he was a programmer/analyst at American Management Systems, and was also a project development consultant. Andy holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC

Jay Leader brings nearly 25 years of international IT management experience to iRobot. His expertise includes extensive IT management, strategic planning and financial management, and infrastructure and security management. Prior to joining iRobot, Leader was CIO at Nypro Inc., a $1.2 billion injection molding and contract manufacturing firm with 66 locations in 18 countries. He was responsible for worldwide IT operations, managing support and development organizations in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and China. Earlier in his career, Leader served in IT management positions at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, Groundwater Technology Inc. and Data General Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in government and international relations and a master’s degree in business administration, both from Clark University.

Tracey Leahy is a SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Rocket Software and is based in Greater Boston Area. She has worked as Associate Director HR and OD at nhs, HR Business Partner at Barclays, and HR Adviser at Yorkshire Building Society. Tracey studied at Dearne Valley Business School between 2000 and 2002 and University of Bedfordshire between 2012 and 2013.
