Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Receive, register, and work on user requisitions by Phone, Email and other channels acting as second line support Responsibility for administration of users, systems and user rights in accordance with company Standards. Work and follow-up on Incidents, Service Requests, Problems and other tasks that may be assigned Advise, guide and/or instruct users in the usage of products, systems and technology (software & hardware) Ensure proper escalation and handover of cases from second line to the correct expert (third line). Provide general local on-site and hands-on IT support, also assisting in the resolution of IT infrastructure incidents. About the Client Our client is a leading manufacturer in the water and pipeline infrastructure space, supporting municipal, industrial, and utility projects across the U.S. They operate a high-volume production facility in South Beloit, IL and are expanding their project management team to keep pace with growing demand for their engineered pipeline service products. This team handles fast-turn, small to mid-sized projects that support contractors, engineers, and field service teams nationwide. About the Role We're seeking a Project Manager to join the South Beloit facility and oversee the coordination of pipeline service projects from quote to delivery. This is an onsite role working closely with production, engineering, and sales coordination teams. It's an ideal opportunity for a Project Coordinator or junior Project Manager looking to take the next step. The work is hands-on, manufacturing-focused, and highly trainable - the organization will provide full product training. What You'll Do • Manage small pipeline service projects through the manufacturing process • Coordinate with internal teams on materials, scheduling, production, and delivery • Review and understand technical drawings and customer requirements • Assist with quoting, change requests, and project updates • Serve as a point of contact for contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders • Support the plant's day-to-day project flow and ensure deadlines are met • Participate in onsite meetings and walkthroughs to stay aligned with production What We're Looking For • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager • Background in manufacturing, precast, pipe, utilities, or construction materials preferred • Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD viewing experience a plus) • Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through • Trainable, hands-on, and eager to grow into a full PM role • Must be based within commuting distance of South Beloit (no remote)
