ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent College level or equivalent education preferred Certified in CPR and First Aid Extensive experience within specific sport Previous experience in supervision, operations, programming is preferred Strong background in athletics, ability to officiate specific sport JOB REQUIREMENTS: Follow all CDC and DOH guidelines as they apply to the program Coach Members within Specific Sports and coach the fundamentals of games (i.e. rules, skills, drills, scrimmage) Keep current on CPR Enforce and follow Code of Conduct and game Ethics Report any equipment breakdowns or accidents immediately to Fitness Coordinator Attend scheduled staff meetings and participate in appropriate trainings and workshops Act as a positive role model and positive voice for the YMCA Supervise clients/members on equipment to ensure safety.
