Key Responsibilities
Instructional Design
* Develop end-to-end learning solutions including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, quick reference guides, microlearning, and interactive scenarios.
* Apply adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and accessibility best practices to all training materials.
* Build eLearning using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
* Use design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar) to create visuals that support learning.

* Lead discussions, demonstrations, hands-on practice, role plays, and scenario-based activities to reinforce learning.
* Evaluate learner progress and partner with leaders to support post-training development or remediation as needed.
Writing & Content Development
* Write clear, engaging, and accurate content that simplifies complex credit union products, systems, policies, and procedures.
* Ensure all instructional content supports compliance requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Reg CC, Reg E, lending regulations) and aligns with organizational tone and brand.
* Partner with SMEs, trainers, and operational leaders to gather content and validate accuracy.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
* Maintain version control and documentation for regulatory and audit readiness.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of instructional design, content development, or training facilitation experience.
* Proven experience developing and/or facilitating training for complex or regulated environments (financial services preferred).
* Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and visual design software.
* Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent experience, preferred.

* Supervision of the teller line staff. This includes coaching, developing , career growth, hiring, disciplining, writing and delivering periodic and annual evaluations. Maintains the Repossession Pipeline Report, with milestone dates, (cancellation date, repossession date, date vehicle is moved to auction, floor price, sale amount and sale date, calculates deficiency/surplus amounts after the sale.
Communicates with repossession agencies and vendors, coordinating the disposition of repossessed vehicles from pickup to sale at auction. Select auction site and conveys delivery information to repossession company, ensuring vehicle delivery.
Orders and tracks vehicle titles throughout the repossession and sale process.
Cancels Gap and Warranty on vehicles sold at auction, tracks cancellations to ensure prompt receipt of rebated funds.
Prepares and mails Notices of Deficiency/Surplus Balance to the member after the sale of the asset.
Contacts insurance agencies to facilitating insurance proceeds for total losses.
Collects on past due excise tax payments and toll violations on Leased vehicles
Prepares report for management on repossession status on accounts, identifying lags or inefficiencies in the current process and recommend improvements if needed.
Communicates fees associated with repossession to the Collections team to aid in negotiating a vehicle's redeemable amount to members.
Processes accounts approved for charge off. Drafts charge off letters, completes checklist for Board approval. Prepares and maintains charge off spreadsheet.
Performs recovery activity on assigned charged off accounts, working with members to secure payments or payment agreements. Track and processes recovery payments and updates collection system notes.
Responds to inquiries from members relative to their loan/account. Research and corrects errors on delinquent loans.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years collections experience required, preferably in a credit union environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with members and staff at all levels of the organization.
Good technical skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn and implement new systems.
Good organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment, meeting established deadlines.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in mortgage servicing, with a focus on advanced or specialized tasks
* Familiarity with Keystone loan servicing systems preferred
* Knowledge of residential mortgage servicing required; commercial loans, HELOCs, SCRA, and investor loan servicing experience a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated leadership ability and team collaboration
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently
* Comfortable adapting to change in a dynamic environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
