Auto-ApplyStrategy & Operations Lead, RCM
Rockstar job in New York, NY
Rockstar is recruiting for a mission-driven, high-growth startup dedicated to improving the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults. Our client offers virtual mental health services, covered by insurance and tailored specifically for autistic adults. In just two years, the company has achieved double-digit millions in run-rate revenue, serves thousands of active clients, and has built a team of over 200 clinicians. Backed by a recent Series A, this lean and ambitious team is transforming mental health care for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
Mission
The client is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Autistic adults have been systematically overlooked by the healthcare system-despite autism diagnoses increasing more than 5x in the past 25 years. This has led to extremely poor outcomes: autistic adults are 11x more likely than the average person to experience suicidal ideation and face a life expectancy 30 years shorter than average.
The company offers virtual mental health services-covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. Thousands of people are helped to get diagnosed for the first time in their lives, paired with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and supported through a sense of community. In just two years, the organization has grown to double-digit millions of run-rate revenue, thousands of active clients, and 200+ clinicians. The team is lean and ambitious, and has recently raised a Series A to help transform mental health for autistic and neurodivergent adults.
About the Role
The Strategy & Operations Lead for RCM will be the driver behind all strategy and analytics related to revenue cycle management - helping the company collect revenue while ensuring clients can seamlessly access services.
This individual will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including daily operations (e.g., insurance eligibility, claim submission, and post-claim adjudication flows), revenue collection, patient billing support, and data analysis.
The role is cross-functional, collaborating closely across engineering, marketing, client experience, and more. As one of the first 25 team members, this is a unique opportunity to gain significant ownership of a critical function at an early-stage, high-growth startup. This role is NYC-based (3-5 days per week in the Flatiron office).
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue capture: Analyze data on denials, underpayments, and billing issues to identify where revenue is lost, then implement targeted solutions.
- Drive top-line revenue growth: Lead high-impact projects in payer network strategy and billing strategy that measurably improve top-line revenue.
- Build analytics that matter: Design reporting that translates complex revenue cycle data into clear insights that drive decisions.
- Streamline operational workflows: Identify friction points in eligibility, collections, and billing, then design solutions that reduce manual work for the support team and accelerate turnaround times.
- Own high-impact special projects: Lead initiatives that move the needle on company growth-such as redesigning the state expansion playbook or building a late cancellation policy from scratch. Coordinate across engineering, operations, clinical, and client experience teams to launch effective solutions.
About You
- 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy & operations at a high-growth startup. No healthcare or RCM background required-first principles thinking and fast learning are valued over domain experience.
- Driven by data. Able to break down complex problems into simple, actionable insights. Excited by building analyses and models from the ground up. Understands data in the broader context and can translate data into business action.
- Action-oriented. Takes the 80/20 approach and does not get stuck in analysis. Biases toward action and impact, finding scrappy solutions and learning fast through iteration.
- Thrives in early-stage chaos. Ambiguity is energizing. Takes ownership without being asked, moves fast without much direction, and figures things out as needed.
Auto-ApplyTechnical Account Manager
Remote Rockstar job
Rockstar is recruiting on behalf of a venture-funded startup that is a market leader in intelligent incident management. This client offers a platform that unites the entire enterprise throughout the lifecycle of an incident, addressing incident response as a business challenge beyond just security. The candidate must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and incident response processes and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of aptitude, adaptability and a proactive mindset, a strong familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and customer success software. This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a small team, make a huge impact, and get in on the ground floor of a venture-funded startup experiencing explosive 500% YoY growth.
The Opportunity
- Thrive in a startup environment where you can make a huge impact.
- Work closely with the Sales team, Founders, and Executive team to help configure and implement customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and the Product team to evolve the platform's products to better serve customers.

- Leverage excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share technical updates, bug fixes and product enhancements.
- Assist the Customer Success Manager by clearly articulating technical differentiation, and help drive customer success engagement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, conveying feedback to internal teams to inform product development and enhancements.
- Assist in the development of customer-facing documentation, including FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

- Extremely well organized and detail-oriented with incredible follow-through. You are highly accountable, positive, have a sense of humor and are fun to work with.
