Meets weekly with Educational Director to discuss students' programs, teaching techniques, and other relevant matters. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. The Paraeducator will work closely with students, the Special Education Teacher, and a multidisciplinary team (including BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, etc.) to implement individualized education plans, support daily routines, and foster student independence and growth.
